Plutocracy, Neo-Slavery and the Property Market Bust
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Plutocracy refers to a political system in which the owners of
property ensure on the basis of mutual self interest that political
and social institutions are created, abolished, weakened or
strengthened against competing class interests. The political, social
and legal institutions created and refined over time will favor
plutocratic interests against those of the proletarians and petite
bourgeoisie. The means by which a plutocratic state is achieved, is
propaganda via plutocratic control of public and private channels of
communication, thereby giving plutocrats and their proxies, sufficient
means to fabricate "truth" on one hand, and censor and criminalize
the dissemination of "false belief" on the other.

Plutocratic states are marked by usury and systematic discrimination
and exploitation of the underclass ultimately creating the social
relation of neo-slavery. In the pseudo-democracies of the West,
plutocracy flourishes because justice for the underclass is generally
nominal rather than real. Not surprisingly, we also see neo-fascist
elements of the war economy and the rising tide of militarism and
imperialism under plutocracy.

The proxies of plutocracy are given free reign to entrap and process
the "underclass" on a slippery pole from the slum landlord's squalor
to pseudo-home-ownership then back to the slum landlord's ghetto for
the lucky when the property bubble bursts. The homeless are unlucky in
that they must face the vicissitudes of poverty and the street.

Plutocracies are self destroying political systems as assets are
alienated and wealth concentrated in fewer and fewer hands.
Revolution is the only means of eliminating plutocracy as pseudo
democracies are effectively stripped of all institutional powers for
remedial change at the requisite fundamental level. Thus, plutocratic
sham democracies may legislate for a superficial change in the degree
of reverence to plutocratic goals but no substantive change in
ideological direction towards fundamental structural reform. Where
party A delivers 98 % of what plutocracy desires, party B delivers 96
%.

Only revolution in the face of rampant plutocracy can create a
balanced economic environment where homelessness from property market
speculative bubbles and credit busts is a thing of the past. A 50-50%
public / private ownership structure secures a better outcome for the
majority. All residential property for homes should be state owned but
leased privately on 99 year leases with conditions to prevent
speculative rent gouging and exploitation. All residential property
for apartments (investment property) should be privately owned and
rents determined by supply and demand. The logic of this formula is
that legislatures ought to control limited resources such as the
supply of residential land for homes in the national interest much as
they control the uses of utility services such as roads,
thoroughfares, water distribution in the national interest
infrastructure. The same limitation does not apply to apartment
construction. Here density will be determined by cost / quality
comparisons in the market place much the same as people make choices
as to what type of motor vehicle suits their needs.

The demographic effects of plutocracy in the west are apparent for all
to see- lower fertility rates and population implosion. Not surprising
really when the asset sucking plutocrats wreak havoc on the vestiges
of democratic social contracts at will and destroy the national
interest in the process.

Plutocracy's chickens are coming home to roost big time and sooner
rather than later. The middle class will know they have arrived when
the plastic / paper money the plutocrats have been printing is
perceived to be worthless.

That's right all is on track for a currency collapse and
hyper-inflation.

Thus the stark choice for the west is simple- plutocracy and death; or
revolution and life.
